I’m forever grateful for recent scientific advances in biomarker testing and targeted therapy  – a less toxic, more personalized treatment plan for advanced-stage lung cancer. Greetings golfers and supporters,  As they say in Hollywood, ‘It’s a wrap!’ Of course, we’re talking about ‘Crush it with Bev’ – in support of Sunnybrook Lung Cancer. We crushed our fundraising goal and raised $150,000. The monies came from donations (personal and corporate), sponsorships, the Lebovic golf day and on-line auction. If you’re wondering where the money goes, we want you to know the tangible, very real difference this money makes. Delighted to report that we ‘crushed’ the goal of raising $100,000 for Sunnybrook Lung Cancer research. Here’s Bev Moir happily accepting a donation of $15,500 from Scotia Wealth Management’s retired advisor Carl Spiess, representing their “Share the Wealth” program for Canadian charities.
