Frequently Asked Questions
1. If I register alone, will you find playing partners for me?
Register as a Single, and we will place you in an interesting foursome.
2. I have a foursome (or threesome or twosome), but we want to register individually. How do we do that?
Everyone in your group should register as a single. The Single and Twosome registration forms include a box to enter the names of those you want to play with.
3. Is there a tax receipt?
You will receive a tax receipt from the Sunnybrook Foundation for the donation portion of your registration fee. This amount is calculated after the event by deducting the value of the benefit you received from your registration fee. In 2025, it was approximately $245 per single registration. That could change in 2026.
4. Is there a dress code?
Yes, please read The Thornhill Club Dress Code, Cell Phone, Gaming, and Tablet Type Devices Policy (pdf)
5. Can I rent clubs?
The Thornhill Club has 8 Rental Sets that can be reserved in advance. The fee is $44.95 + tax. Please contact the Golf Shop at 905-889-4984 to reserve your clubs.
