We crushed our fundraising goal and raised $150,000. The monies came from donations (personal and corporate), sponsorships, the Lebovic golf day and on-line auction. It was an all-around winner on a sunny September 15, 2021. Thanks to the golfers and sponsors who made it happen. Delighted to report that we ‘crushed’ the goal of raising $100,000 for Sunnybrook Lung Cancer research. Here’s Bev Moir happily accepting a donation of $15,500 from Scotia Wealth Management’s retired advisor Carl Spiess, representing their “Share the Wealth” program for Canadian charities. Scotia Wealth, Bev’s former employer, was a lead sponsor, along with Greybrook Realty Partners.
